Biography Overview
Daniel Ditaranto is an attorney at the West Palm Beach office of Morgan & Morgan. He was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and is a third-generation Palm Beach County resident. Mr. Ditaranto is a double Gator and received his Bachelor’s Degrees and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida.
After law school, Mr. Ditaranto was an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County for more than three years, where he gained critical trial and litigation experience. He represented and advocated for hundreds of adults and children accused of various misdemeanors and felonies. Mr. Ditaranto has tried multiple jury and non-jury trials ranging from charges such as Driving under the influence to felonies punishable by life.
Mr. Ditaranto’s concentration is on Personal Injury cases in South Florida. He is focused on ensuring a just and fair value for the people.
