Biography Overview
Christopher Graddock is a lawyer on the side of people, battling corporations and insurance companies for his worthy clients. Mr. Graddock was Managing Partner of Nix, Graddock & Crumpler, P.C. before joining Morgan & Morgan. He handles complex catastrophic personal injury cases arising out of medical malpractice, auto and truck wrecks, products liability and nursing home negligence.
Mr. Graddock graduated from Emory University with a degree in Philosophy-Religion, and then attended Notre Dame Law School. After law school, he practiced law with Long, Weinberg, Ansley & Wheeler, LLP, and later, the Atlanta office of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where he gained valuable experience working as a lawyer defending corporations and insurance companies. Mr. Graddock now uses that experience to the benefit of his clients. He has tried cases to a verdict in the state and federal courts of Georgia, and has argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
