Biography Overview
Christina B. Vinson practices in the Morgan & Morgan office located in Memphis, Tennessee. She joined the firm in 2011 and is a partner in the Memphis office. In her time with the firm, Ms. Vinson has practiced in the areas of worker’s compensation, social security disability, and personal injury.
Ms. Vinson was born and raised in Germantown, TN. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a double major in marketing and finance and a minor in human resource development. Ms. Vinson then attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she was a member of the Association for Women Attorneys, Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and the Honor Code Committee. While in law school, Ms. Vinson participated in the Moot Court competition, was active in the Memphis Bar Association Young Lawyers division and clerked for a social security disability specialist.
Since graduating from law school, Ms. Vinson has handled hundreds of cases at the administrative and state court levels, as well as cases in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the Eastern District of Arkansas. She has been recognized as one of the Memphis area’s “Outstanding Young Lawyers” in Memphis Magazine’s Super Lawyer Rising Star section.
Ms. Vinson believes the key to being a successful lawyer is to never stop asking questions and never give up. Her motto for herself and the work she does for her clients is “Good, better, best. Don’t ever let it rest, until your good gets better and your better gets best.”
