Carissa M. Peebles is an attorney of the trial law firm of Morgan & Morgan in the Fort Lauderdale office.  She has a long history as a litigator, as well as a strong background serving as a passionate advocate for injury victims. Ms. Peebles began perfecting her litigation skills while still in law school as a competitor for the Moot Court Society. In her second year of law school, she was hired as a law clerk at a prominent Florida personal injury law firm representing injury victims.

Ms. Peebles is licensed and admitted to practice law in both the state of Florida and the state of New York.  Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, she worked for a prominent personal injury law firm in New York City where she represented seriously injured victims.  Over the years, Ms. Peebles has assisted in obtaining millions of dollars for her clients in settlements and verdicts in various cases.   

Over years of legal work with firms in New York and Florida, she has represented clients injured by negligence and wrongdoing in many different situations. She has successfully provided legal representation to clients who suffered catastrophic injuries and she is zealously committed to making the legal system work for those who deserve full and fair compensation for losses

Ms. Peebles earned her bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Kansas in 2007 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, where she graduated magna cum laude.  Her remarkable academic achievements in law school gave her the privilege to serve as an editor of the Nova Law Review, as well as a competitor on the Moot Court Society. She has focused her entire career on all types of personal injury cases and built a reputation as a strong advocate for the injured.
