Brooke Fitzgerald, a native of West Virginia, has dedicated her career to the pursuit of justice and legal excellence. She began her journey at West Virginia University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science before earning her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law. Her early experiences as a Law Clerk for Judge Thomas Keadle and later as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Harrison County, West Virginia, laid the groundwork for her impressive legal career.

In 2008, Brooke's commitment to public service led her to be elected as the Prosecuting Attorney in Doddridge County, West Virginia. Serving in this role from 2009 to 2023, she was re-elected multiple times, showcasing her leadership, legal expertise, and dedication to her community. Recently relocating to Savannah, Georgia, Brooke spent valuable time as a Litigation Attorney at a Plaintiff's firm, further expanding her legal skills and advocacy prowess.

Outside of her professional achievements, Brooke finds fulfillment in family life, enjoying moments with her husband and two children. Her journey reflects a deep-rooted passion for the law, a commitment to justice, and a balanced approach to career success and personal happiness.
