Brianna Baker

Biography Overview

Brianna Baker is a 2022 Brooklyn Law School graduate who has dedicated herself to personal injury law since the beginning of her legal career. She distinguished herself early on by earning the top spot in her first-year Torts class and was selected as a research assistant by renowned tort law scholar Aaron Twerski. Inspired by her experiences, Brianna went on to found the Tort Law Society at Brooklyn Law School, fostering a community dedicated to exploring the nuances of this vital legal field.

Since then, she has thrived in various roles at esteemed personal injury law firms throughout New 
York City and is thrilled to be working in the premises liability department at Morgan & Morgan, the nation's largest personal injury firm. At Morgan & Morgan, Brianna utilizes her expertise to champion the rights of those who have suffered harm due to negligence.

Beyond her legal achievements, Brianna's true strength lies in her genuine empathy for her clients. She recognizes the pain and struggles they endure and approaches each case with compassion and determination.
