Ben Cohen is a trial attorney. He received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law. With more than a decade of litigation experience, Mr. Cohen has appeared in court throughout the state, in both Federal and State Trial Courts. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Cohen was a Partner at a prestigious civil defense firm where he represented corporations, hospitals, medical and legal professionals, and insurance companies in catastrophic bodily and personal injury litigation arising from automobile negligence, professional negligence, premises liability, including slip and falls, trip and falls, and negligent or inadequate security, construction defect, workers compensation immunity, products liability, medical malpractice, and transportation and wrongful death.

As a trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Cohen now represents individuals and assists them in navigating the most stressful and difficult times of their lives. He is a passionate and loyal advocate and now utilizes the very same skills he refined as a defense attorney in support of his clients during their most trying times.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Cohen enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, giving back to the community through his involvement in many pro bono organizations and activities, playing sports, traveling, and rooting on his hometown Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens, as well as the Maryland Terrapins.
