Ashley Cassone is a skilled personal injury attorney with deep roots in Fort Myers, Florida, where she was born and raised. A graduate of Fort Myers High School's International Baccalaureate Program in 2008, Ashley went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2012. Driven by her passion for justice, she continued her education at Stetson University College of Law, graduating in 2015.
Ashley began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the 20th Judicial Circuit, where she dedicated three years to serving the local community. During her time as a prosecutor, she tried 31 misdemeanor and felony jury trials, tirelessly pursuing justice for the people of Lee County. This experience gave her a solid foundation in trial advocacy and a deep understanding of the courtroom process.
After her time as a prosecutor, Ashley transitioned to private practice, working for over five years at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm. There, she gained invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, personal injury, dram shop, and wrongful death cases. Ashley’s well-rounded experience, which includes taking personal injury and premises liability cases to trial, makes her a compassionate and effective advocate for her clients.
