Biography Overview
Ara V. Naljian was born in Bronx, New York. He graduated from Ramapo College with a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society before attending St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. While at St. Thomas Law, Ara undertook pro bono clinical work in the Bankruptcy Externship and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in providing legal assistance to low-income individuals and families.
Since beginning his career as a lawyer, Ara has gained experience in several areas of law, including construction, consumer protection and personal injury law. Ara has broad litigation experience handling disputes concerning breach of contract actions, trusts and estates litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and ADA Title III class-action litigation. Ara is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of both New Jersey and New York.
Ara always puts his clients first. He believes in providing open communication to help clients achieve their goals. Clients can expect availability, transparency, and honesty when dealing with Ara as their attorney. He has guided personal injury clients through their cases, handling pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, and substantive motions leading up to trial.
When he is away from work, Ara enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, reading, and hiking.
