Trial Attorney

Andre T. Marques, is a Trial Attorney in our Las Vegas, Nevada office focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. Born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in Windsor, Canada, where he learned to become fluent in French. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, concentrating in pre-law studies, from Bowling Green State University, where he also received a soccer scholarship and was a member of the Falcons' NCAA Division I Men's Soccer team.

After graduating, Andre relocated to Las Vegas, NV and worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a licensed banker, holding a FINRA Series 7 license, assisting clients with a variety of investment products. Simultaneously, while working at the bank, Andre graduated from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, receiving a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He also attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor Degree. While attending law school, Andre served as the judicial extern to the Honorable Timothy C. Williams in the Eighth Judicial District Court, and completed an internship with the Clark County District Attorney's Office. Both experiences served as a strong foundation for Andre’s legal career as a trial attorney and a zealous advocate for his clients.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Andre served as trial attorney for a large insurance defense firm, primarily representing well-known fortune 500 companies. He has significant experience litigating cases on both plaintiffs' and defendants' sides. Andre was named to the Nevada Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2022 and 2023. Andre is an attorney licensed to practice in all Nevada courts, State and Federal, as well as the Ninth Circuit.
