Biography Overview
Alexander D. Licznerski is from Palm Harbor, Florida. He graduated from Palm Harbor University High School in 2009. He received his B.A. in 2012 from the University of South Florida (St. Petersburg) and earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Licznerski interned for judges at both Louisiana’s Fifth District Court of Appeal and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. After law school, Mr. Licznerski gained experience handling matters involving criminal defense, real estate, consumer protection, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes, first-party insurance issues, third-party insurance issues, including personal injury protection (PIP) cases. Mr. Licznerski’s practice includes personal injury protection and various other first party insurance claims/disputes. Mr. Licznerski represents medical providers who treat insured-patients and strives every day to obtain the maximum amount of medical benefits from insurance companies.
Mr. Licznerski is admitted and qualified as an attorney before The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
