Biography Overview
Alex Bylinkin is an experienced litigator focusing on personal injury and premises liability cases in the Manhattan office. Alex was born in Moscow, Russia, and raised in New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Alex Bylinkin was Special Counsel with a high-end New York City Defense Firm, where he defended clients in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction/labor law and other general liability matters. He has experience handling cases involving a wide variety of injuries, including catastrophic damages and traumatic brain injury (TBI) claims. He has defended cases in Civil/Small Claims Court, State Court as well as the Federal Courts of both New York and New Jersey.
