Albert Kishek is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, working out of the historic Riverside office in Jacksonville, Florida. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Albert has deep roots in the community and takes immense pride in representing the people of his hometown and clients throughout the state. 

After graduating from Atlantic Coast High School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and pursued his lifelong passion for justice by studying law. During law school, he excelled academically and was elected Internal Vice President of the Student Bar Association, where he pioneered a mentorship program for first-year students, led three cohorts of legislators, and competed in several Moot Court competitions. Graduating with honors in the National Order of Barristers from Washburn University School of Law, Albert also earned a Certificate of Advocacy and received a prestigious Book Award in an Evidence course on Expert Witnesses.

Albert's legal experience is extensive and well-rounded. He spent his summer clerkships at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Duval County, collaborating closely with the judiciary on various pre-trial and trial matters. This unique perspective, combined with his hands-on experience in private personal injury practice, gives Albert a rare insight into how personal injury lawsuits are built and won. Fluent in English and Arabic and admitted to the Florida Bar, Albert Kishek is a powerful advocate for his clients, bringing experience and a genuine commitment to making a difference in their lives.
