Overview:
I was born in Winter Park, Florida, and was raised in the Orlando area.  My legal career has been devoted to representing injured workers since 1991.  Although the majority of my practice has been representing injured workers, I believe my past experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney and certified mediator have given me an insight into how both the injured worker and the employer/carrier approach a dispute.  I have extensive experience in all types of workers’ compensation litigation on the trial and appellate levels throughout Central Florida.
