Insurance Programs
Health & Life Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group life and health insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment for a minimal cost. Short and Long Term Disability Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under a group disability insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment.
Dental Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible to purchase coverage under a group dental insurance program after ninety (90) days of employment.
Supplemental Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible to purchase additional insurance coverage, (i.e. short-term disability, accident, cancer, critical illness, intensive care, universal life and term life insurance) through payroll deduction.
Qualified 401(k) Plan
American Funds:
The Firm has a qualified 401(k) Plan through American Funds. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Plan after six (6) months of employment. Employees may contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax pay. The Firm will match Fifty percent (50%) of the employees’ contribution. Matching funds are available on a five (5) year vested basis.
