Overview: I have specialized in representing injured Workers for over 20 years.  This experience has helped me to understand
our court system, the good and bad physicians and the way insurance companies operate.  Enjoy speaking to other attorney’s, Labor Union’s and community groups teaching about Workers’ Compensation Law.    Have litigated numerous catastrophic claims, resulting in several recent settlements in excess of $ 500,000.  I am proud to have been founding partner of firm of Moskowitz and Carraway, where we focused in working with different community organizations and Labor Unions to protect Workers’ rights.  I am now pleased our firm has become part of Morgan and Morgan, where we can continue our mission of protecting workers, with more resources to stand up for our clients.
