Morgan & Morgan Claims Victory in the Firm’s First Pittsburgh Trial

Morgan & Morgan is proud to announce our first trial in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a significant triumph for Samantha Stacknick’s car accident lawsuit.

On May 27, 2022, Samantha Stacknick’s car was struck by a dump truck on Route 65 in Sewickley, leaving her with severe injuries to her neck, left shoulder, and head.

Despite an initial inadequate settlement offer of $110,000, Morgan & Morgan's legal team, led by Attorney Alex Hyder, Trial Partner Clancy Boylan, and 3rd Chair Laura Signorelli, remained steadfast in their pursuit of justice and to recover what Samantha needed and deserved to move forward with her life.

While the defense had refused to make a fair offer, considering Samantha's case a “limited tort MVA case with minor property damage,”the team fought for a remarkable outcome through meticulous preparation and unwavering advocacy—with the jury awarding Samantha an impressive $855,685 in damages.

This success underscores Morgan & Morgan's enduring commitment to fighting tirelessly for our clients and holding negligent parties accountable for their actions.
